The Mantuan Company is active in bakery products production and commercializing , such as Schiacciatine, Bruschette, Crostini, Re di Quadri (mini Schiacciatine) and Sbrisolona cake.
Founded in 1959 by Alcide Bottoli with his sons Angelo and Luigi, thanks to the rigorous company policy of quality continuous search, today it is present in various sales channels: mass retail chains, vending machines, cash and carry, Ho.Re.Ca.
The company makes its products also for private label for the main national distribution groups.
The Certifications GSFS (Global Standard for Food Safety), IFS (International Food Standard) and Uni En ISO 9001:2008, characterize the elevated qualitative standard pursued by The Bottoli Spa Industria Panificazione. The internal quality system assures the quality and safety of the own products, the attention to the demands of the own customers, the respect of the environment and ethical requirements of his own job.


Schiacciatina is the famous typical product of Mantua, it’s a crunchy and tasty bread that has the delicacy of the bread just taken out of the oven: during the years, it has turned out to be the most appreciate product by the market, so that very soon it has crossed the local borders of zone in order to diffuse itself in all the Italian territory and that have allowed the Company to become the unquestioned market leader in the sale of this important substitute of bread.
The aroma of olive oil , combined with bread slow toasting, exalt the flavour and delicacy of Bruschette.
Bruchette, Re di Quadri, mini Schiacciatina with a young taste and Crostini, crunchy slides of toasted bread, complete the salted product offered range.
Sbrisolona is a cake rich of nourishment, realized with healthy and genuine ingredients. Symbol of Mantuan confectionery, its well-known since Gonzaga’s days (XVth century).
Its name derives from delicious crumbs made when it been broken by hands, because the tradition suggests not to cut it.
