SUPPORT SYSTEM
(MT Brackets)
 
MT Bracket Support Systems are solutions for supporting prefabricated panels installed outside the pillars.  They totally eliminate occupied space when storing and transporting the panels to be assembled.  They permit ample vertical, horizontal and traverse adjustments.  The slotted hole placed in the bottom part of the Bracket also permits additional "angular" adjustment to compensate for any errors made when positioning the Cramp Plate.  MT Support Brackets are forged in a single piece of special steel (ASTM A1DS).
 
The system basically consists of 3 parts:

 RETAINING SYSTEM
(ST2 Knurled Box)
 
The ST2 BOX is proposed to anchor facade panels, infill panels, corner panels and above-door panels to concrete structures.  The system consists of the ST2 BOX to be placed in the component to be anchored (generally the upper edge of the panels), sections of profiles inserted in the anchoring component (pillars, spandrels, gutters, etc.) and bolts, nuts and washers used to join the two components.  The maximum load-bearing capacity of the system is in function of the maximum load-bearing capacity of the profile that is used.
The nominal 20 kN load-bearing capacity refers to a single piece when making applications without the notched profile or with special applications using type M profiles.
 
ANCHOR SYSTEMS
(Profiles-Bolts-Brackets)
 
EDILMATIC systems are used to anchor  concrete prefabricated elements and to assemble other accessories (plant engineering in general) to complete industrial and civil structures.  They are composed of hollow profiles made of steel and filled with polyurethane foam.  They have various shapes and sizes and are to be installed before the concrete is cast.  Profile shapes and sizes change depending on load-bearing capacities.  The Edilmatic product range permits applications with maximum loads from 2kN to 20 kN.
 
Standard accessories are available (Bolts - Nuts - Washers - Plates - Adjustment Joints - Connection Bushes, etc.) as well as EDILMATIC, EDIL1, EDIL2, EDIL3 brackets.  These are angle irons that come in various sizes and can adapt to the most widely used assembly systems in terms of overall dimensions and anchor distances.
 
ELS10/20
SAFETY LINE
 
ELS10/20 safety lines are individual safety devices that protect against falls (in accordance with UNI EN 795) with fastening devices that use flexible horizontal anchor ropes (class C).
These are designed to create safety lines for building erection and maintenance in general.  They work particularly well in sites where prefabricated structures are built, when they can be installed "on the ground" before the prefabricated structures are erected.  Special technical solutions and devices make this system easy to install and simple to use even when high off the ground on already partially assembled structures.
 
The system fundamentally consists of steel columns to be fastened to structural elements (such as concrete beams) using metal anchor pins that were embedded previously in the elements and a rope stretched between the columns that workers can hook to while they perform their tasks.
The columns are fastened to the anchor pins using special hexagonal bushes. 
 
EMP
HOISTING SYSTEM
 
EMP hoisting systems offer an efficient and safe solution for handling and hoisting concrete building components.
 
The system is composed of 3 elements:

POSITIONING BOX
HOISTING HANDLE
 
The pin is an insert to be embedded in the concrete component.  It has a cylindrical head and cross body with round-tapered end designed to concentrate all form release forces on the pin, preventing the handle from contacting the cement.  Connections and slots make it easy to install additional reinforcing when handling thin components or for tilting up concrete components while they are still "soft".
(Rck<150/200N/mm2).
 
The hoisting pin comes complete with positioning boxes mounted on the head to create a cavity in the concrete and permit the handle to hook in.  This box is made using special non-stick PVC (Moplen) that resists high temperatures, aggression by release agents and that is easy to remove.
 
The forged hoisting handle has a spherical end section with central slotting that "copies" the form of the insert.
The rear extension makes sure the handle, during form release phases, rests on the "cross" body of the pin to prevent contact with concrete.
The sliding safety pin prevents the system from being used if hook-up with the pin has not been done correctly.
The hoisting system comes in 3 Handle and PIN versions depending on their maximum load-bearing capacity.
